These terms govern your access to and use of Marketing Co-Pilot. By creating an account or using the tool you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
The service
Marketing Co-Pilot audits your product and applies the changes you approve. It runs through your own coding agent and never makes pricing, payment, or other high-risk changes on its own. Final decisions and any manual steps remain yours.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass the license, or use it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard to make its recommendations sound, but you are responsible for reviewing changes before they go live, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
